RUBE AND THE RHYTHM ROCKERS

The Monterey Bay Blues Festival Committee holds an annual Battle of the Blues Bands. Ten Blues bands from all over the country are selected from among hundreds of entries to compete each year at the annual battle of blues bands. The top 3 winners will then be offered a slot to perform at the annual Monterey Bay Blues Festival. Rube and the Rhythm Rockers were among the 10 chosen.They will compete Sunday December 7th in Monterey. This will mark the 3rd time in 5 years that a band from the Paradise area has been selected to compete. Big Mo and The Blue Marvellz preceded Rube. The first two placed among the winners.
